There’s a Buck to Be Made

Poker players take a number of risks every time they sit down to play in a tournament or a ring game. They risk their own money, reputation, and there's a constant threat of being referred to as a donkey by guys with large egos who handle bad beats like a three year old that has had their Elmo toy taken away. The ones who seem to have gotten this whole poker thing figured out are the casinos.

Enter the Dragon… Again

The last two people of Asian decent to proudly sport the nickname, "The Dragon", were Bruce Lee and professional wrestler Ricky Steamboat. Let's face it these two could have called themselves Shirley Temple or Liberace for all it mattered: both of these men could easily mess up the body of an antagonist in ways that only a good, stout Cuisinart could successfully replicate.

When Barry Bonds started a legitimate chase for the greatest record in sports history, this should have been one of baseball's crowning achievements. Passing Babe Ruth and Hank Aaron on the road to sport immortality would be like calling Alexander Graham Bell on your iPhone to congratulate him on his new invention.
